Strength training Increases bone density, regulates hormones, reduces injury among many other benefits. I have decades of experience of creating a multidisciplinary approach to balance strength gains and cardio fitness. That way you can do what you love with energy and ease!
Mind & Body
Having a coach who is also a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and Gravity Yoga opens new avenues for the everyday practitioner or avid athlete. I can help you increase mobility, maintain strength and decrease the chance of injury.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am also a VDOT Endurance Running and RRCA Coach as well as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I have decades in the fitness industry and a background and degree in Nursing.
